Prayer offers us the opportunity to visit with and tend to our thirsty souls. To enhance and focus your spiritual preparation for the Yamim Nora’im (Days of Awe), join accomplished poet and master teacher Merle Feld for a month-long, unique experience of prayer practice.

Each week, participants will receive Merle’s teaching through a half-hour video, and will be guided online each day through simple yet powerful writing exercises, revisiting experiences and feelings of the year that is ending, envisioning ourselves in the year ahead. In addition to watching the half-hour video each week, participants commit to 20 minutes of daily writing, and briefly posting online once a week to the private, participant discussion group, led by Rabbi Abigail Treu, Director of Strategic Advancement and Reshet Ramah.

As this busy season approaches, we’ll give ourselves the unique gift of quiet time to explore our spiritual selves and begin to do the inner transformative work that is at the heart of the holidays.
