From November 13-15, 16 young adults, all working for Ramah camps or the National Ramah Commission (in a leadership group called Kerem), joined together for our fall retreat in NYC. This season’s retreat was particularly inspiring, as Kerem partnered with five guests from Marom Olami, the Masorti Movement’s world-wide network of young professionals, with representatives from Israel, Brazil, Hungary, Chile, and UK. The retreat was an amazing experience for both groups to learn from each other, share challenges and successes, and lay the foundation for future partnerships and projects.
