Data and Media Coordinator


Women’s League for Conservative Judaism (WLCJ) is an international organization connecting Conservative Jewish women.  Women’s League, the largest synagogue-based women’s organization worldwide, provides services to tens of thousands of women and hundreds of women’s groups throughout North America and internationally. We are currently working remotely, but all applicants will need to be able to commute to our New York City office.

Reporting to the Executive Director, responsibilities include:

  • Input new information into member database
  • Update existing records
  • Ensure that mailing lists reflect the most accurate information from the database
  • Review and correct information as needed to the database
  • Run established reports on a regular basis and additional special reports as needed
  • Sync reports with financial records and review for accuracy
  • Maintain calendar of zoom meetings/events and ensure that these meetings are set up and running
  • Edit recorded zoom events and place on the Women’s League website
  • Update Women’s League website with material provided as needed
  • Review Women’s League calendar and check for double booking or errors
  • Coordinate mass mailings and fulfillment of orders, including on-line fulfillment
  • Additional administrative work as needed by the Executive Director or Office Manager


  • College degree and/or at least two years’ experience with database administration
  • Proficiency with Windows based Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Google administrative tools, including Google Drive; Google Analytics a plus
  • Familiarity with Zoom and monitoring Zoom meetings
  • Attention to detail and deadline oriented
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of organization and member information
