Ramah Israel seeks a Registrar to manage the application process of participants on Ramah’s Israel-based programs. The Ramah Israel Registrar will function as the “welcome center” for our program participants and be the first stop on their journey. This person will work out of the Ramah Israel office in Jerusalem and be supervised by the Director of Recruitment and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage all Ramah Israel participant applications.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to our families.
  • Collaborate with program directors to ensure timely and accurate program registration data.
  • Coordinate billing with the National Ramah Commission in NY and the Ramah camps in North America.
  • Fulfill administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • English mother tongue and spoken Hebrew.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Discretion of sensitive financial and personal information.
  • Ability to work independently, perform well under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and exhibit sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in CRM management, Google Workspace (experience with CampMinder preferred)
  • Ability to work 2–3 late afternoons or evenings per week to provide service for families in North America.
  • Friendly and warm disposition, evident both in spoken and written communication.
