Synagogue Youth Director

Website Ohev Sholom Congregation

A vibrant and open Orthodox congregation in Washington, DC

Ohev Sholom is not just a place of worship; it’s a community. As we expand and nurture our thriving synagogue, we are actively seeking a Youth Director to lead and cultivate an engaging, educational, and spiritually enriching experience for youth of all ages.

To support our kid-centric shul that takes fun seriously, our next Youth Director will be comfortable creating, overseeing, and implementing programming that fosters a sense of community, Jewish values, and skill-building in a synagogue environment. The Youth Director will work closely with our religious leadership team, lay leadership, and parents to identify community needs, enhance our current offerings, and provide leadership, organization, and direction to a wide-range of community volunteers and staff.
