Ramah Israel seeks a team member to increase the number of participants in Ramah’s Israel-based programs and enhance the customers’ experience pre arriving in Israel.  Our programs include; TRY (high-school semester), Ramah Seminar, synagogue, school and family trips. The Ramah Israel Customer Success Lead position will work out of the Ramah Israel office in Jerusalem and will be supervised by the Executive Director of Ramah Israel. Job performance and compensation will be measured by the growth in enrollment in Ramah’s Israel programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Together with the Executive Director, execute and implement the marketing plan for recruiting participants to Ramah Programs in Israel, including:
    • Outreach and travel to communities, schools, camps, synagogues, homes, etc. in North America.
    • Plan and implement the various social media platforms of Ramah Israel (supervise social media staff members as needed).
    • Prepare publicity material
  • Serve as liaison with Ramah camps in North America
  • Coordinate recruitment visits of Ramah Israel staff to North America
  • Collaborate with the National Ramah marketing and communications team
  • Generating leads and aggressively follow through
  • Open new markets.
  • Produce ongoing Newsletters
  • Supervise the Registrar and Recruitment coordinator
  • Overall responsibility for the Ramah Israel website
  • Liaison and oversee the implementation and the ongoing operation of the management software.
  • Any projects as deemed necessary to benefit the Ramah Israel organization.

Requirements:

  • English level: mother tongue. Speaking, writing, and reading
  • Sales and recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of and background in the Israel Programs field; familiarity with Israeli geography, history and society
  • Go-getter Mentality
  • Knowledge of the Jewish community in North America essential
  • Willingness to travel and to work irregular hours (North America hours).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in use of modern technology (e.g. webinar software, Microsoft office)

Preferred:

  • Hebrew Proficiency
  • Ramah background
  • Expertise in the use of social media as a promotional vehicle
